🏞 Location: Sacred Serenity in Pharping

Nestled 20 km from Kathmandu, Pharping is a spiritual jewel surrounded by green hills, ancient shrines, and sacred caves. Known for its Buddhist heritage, it has been a destination for meditation, prayer, and self-discovery for centuries.

The retreat venue is a peaceful, eco-conscious resort located beside a monastery. Set amidst lush landscapes and Himalayan foothills, the setting naturally supports introspection and calm. You’ll have direct access to early morning and evening visits to the monastery, where the atmosphere of devotion and silence is deeply felt.

You’ll also be able to engage with the local Nepalese culture, observe traditional farming practices, and experience the rhythm of rural Himalayan life.

All meals are prepared with love and care, using organically grown vegetables and dairy products sourced from local farms. Meals are:

  • Vegetarian, wholesome, and supportive of spiritual practices

  • Prepared separately for retreat participants

  • Served three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Accompanied by milk, curd, honey, and seasonal produce

🕌 Cultural & Spiritual Site Visits

As a special feature, participants will enjoy a guided tour of Nepal’s spiritual landmarks on April 30, including:

  • The Great Boudhanath Stupa

These ancient sites have played a central role in shaping Nepal’s rich spiritual history and continue to radiate powerful energy and inspiration.

Participants interested in this sightseeing day are requested to arrive on April 29 and cover their personal lodging and food expenses for that day.

Retreat Fee: $650 per person
Includes:

  • Accommodation for 8 nights (1 in Kathmandu, 7 at the resort)

  • All meals during the retreat

  • All yoga and meditation sessions
