Location: Pharping, Nepal
Pharping, located 20 km from Kathmandu, is a sacred destination known for its Buddhist monasteries, ancient meditation caves, and tranquil natural surroundings. The retreat venue is an eco-conscious resort situated beside a monastery, providing an ideal setting for stillness, devotion, and spiritual growth. Participants will also experience local Nepalese culture and the peaceful rhythm of traditional Himalayan life.

Single rooms may be arranged upon request for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Meals
Nutritious vegetarian meals are freshly prepared using locally sourced organic ingredients.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily. Food is sattvic, light, and supportive of yogic practice. Milk, curd, honey, and seasonal produce are included. All meals are cooked separately for retreat participants to ensure purity and mindful nourishment.
Daily Programme
Yogasana Practice: Daily yoga sessions designed to enhance flexibility, strength, vitality, and emotional balance.
Pranayama: Structured breathwork techniques to purify the system and deepen mental focus.
Meditation: Guided Atma Jyoti Meditation by Yogi Vimalji, helping practitioners enter states of inner stillness, clarity, and bliss.
Yoga Philosophy: Engaging discussions to explore the purpose, principles, and transformative wisdom of yoga.
Bhajan and Kirtan: Devotional music gatherings that uplift the heart and foster unity and joy.
Temple Rituals and Prayers: Opportunities to participate in sacred rituals to cultivate devotion and spiritual grounding.
Sightseeing and Cultural Experience
A guided spiritual tour on April 30 will introduce participants to three of Kathmandu’s most significant heritage sites:
• Pashupatinath Temple
• Swayambhunath Stupa
• Boudhanath Stupa
Participants joining the sightseeing tour are requested to arrive on April 29 and will be responsible for their personal accommodation and meals for that day.

Retreat Fee: 650 USD per participant
